A number of people use the same basic approach, the only issue being that they use this type of training when they have too much free time or otherwise have too many things on their minds when you’re training.
For example, someone might train their body to perform more reps and sets of the reps for the reps, but if they’re trying to maximize fat loss for example, this also does NOT lead to the right result, meaning that your training program is not doing what it should be doing in order to hit the intended number of repetitions and sets for fat loss.
